The European is the online magazine providing strong opinions and interpretations for decision makers and disseminators on the web

Founding The European

Alexander Görlach met Lukasz & Kolja while being online editor at Cicero magazine and editor in chief at the BMW-Initaitve Club of Pioneers. Soon they discovered their common interest in entrepreneurship and Alexander was excited. He had been having an idea for quite some time: the creation of an online opinion and discussion magazine for decision makers and disseminators on the web.

Soon the concept for The European was born. While Alexander, holding a doctorate in theology and German language and literary studies, took over the conceptual design of the magazine, Team Europe supported him in regard to strategy and financing.

Today The European reaches about 450.000 readers.
