Lukasz Gadowski

Lukasz Gadowski is the co-founder and a partner of Team Europe Ventures. He studied in Paderborn (Business Informatics) as well as in Mannheim and at HHL Leipzig (Business), and in 2002 founded the company Spreadshirt (currently employing 300 people worldwide) and was, amongst other things, a co-founder of the social network "StudiVZ" (sold to Holtzbrinck in 2007, currently the most-viewed German internet site). At the beginning of 2008, Gadowski switched from his executive position at Spreadshirt to a seat on the supervisory board, which he now chairs. As of 2007, he has been active as an angel investor and was involved in the launch of a number of internet companies. Furthermore, Lukasz has made numerous investments, both domestically and internationally, and was distinguished as the 2007 "Internet Entrepreneur of the Year."

Kolja Hebenstreit

Kolja Hebenstreit is the co-founder and a partner of Team Europe Ventures and is responsible for the systematization and scaling of the company. He also supports current and new companies in the portfolio, especially with regard to strategy, completing the team, and building reach. Kolja Hebenstreit previously developed global online marketing and the consumer division of Spreadshirt and at the same time was active as an angel investor in approx. 15 start-ups (brands4friends, Amiando, and studiVZ [Exit]).

Pawel Chudzinski

Pawel Chudzinski is the co-founder and a partner at Team Europe Ventures focusing on the areas Investments and Exits and on Team Europe’s international activities. Prior to joining Team Europe, Pawel worked as an Associate for the US investment banking firm Greenhill & Co. in Frankfurt and London. Previously, he graduated from the Leipzig Graduate School of Management (HHL). He is fluent in English, German and Polish and has a basic command of Russian.

Steffen Höllinger

Steffen Höllinger is the co-founder and a partner of Team Europe Ventures and is responsible for financing and deal flow. In his role he oversees the processing of investments and company building from the first cap table to a successful exit. During his course of study at Zeppelin University Friedrichshafen (Corporate Management & Economics), he was already consulting to IT companies and was head of finance of a student consultancy, and also initiated the series of events "YEP | Young Entrepreneurs & Professionals." Aside from that, he was already politically active at a young age, working as an assistant and speechwriter for a state secretary. He used a stay at MIT in Cambridge/Boston and further conferences to broaden his scientific knowledge in his areas of interest Open Innovation and User Entrepreneurship. He has also supported a number of angel investors as a consultant with regard to their investments in start-ups.

Jan Beckers

Jan Beckers is a Venture Partner at Team Europe Ventures and his main activity is to develop and implement new business models within Team Europe's Company Building projects. At the end of his studies, Jan co-founded Absolventa. Jan also manages his own consulting and investment firm JB-Ventures GmbH. Currently, Jan is a Managing Director at SponsorPay, a company he founded together with Team Europe Ventures.

Constanze Buchheim

Constanze Buchheim acts as a HR-Partner for Team Europe Ventures and is also the founder and CEO of the HR and recruiting agency i-potentials. I-potentials specialises in recruiting and HR advisory services for large and small fast growing internet companies.

Constanze studied Business Administration at the universities of Leipzig (Germany) and Aarhuns (Denmark). Since 2006, she worked at Spreadshirt, where she managed and developed Spreadshirt's HR activities. At the same time she supported a number of Team Europe's portfolio companies in their first steps in HR mangement.
